We created Renegade Emporium to reimagine what a mobile bar service in Ottawa could be — not just bartending, but a full sensory experience.
Katie brings her background as a foraged chef, sustainability consultant, and project manager to the bar, blending wildcrafted botanicals, creative design, and seamless logistics. Her approach ensures every cocktail and mocktail feels intentional, elegant, and unforgettable.
Amelia has over 15 years of experience curating cocktail menus and building elevated bar experiences from the ground up. With a career in management and hospitality, she knows how to deliver professional service with soul — from weddings and private parties to large-scale festivals.
Together, we bring artistry, expertise, and a renegade spirit to every event, crafting signature cocktails, herbal mocktails, and unforgettable atmospheres for weddings, private gatherings, corporate events, and festivals across Ottawa.

We’re based in Ottawa and serve the surrounding communities including Kanata, Nepean, Orleans, and Gatineau. We also travel throughout Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais region of Quebec for weddings, private events, and festivals. If your venue is outside these areas, reach out — we’ll always do our best to bring the Renegade experience to you.

No — clients provide their own alcohol and purchase a Special Occasion Permit (liquor license) for the event. The process is simple, and we’re happy to guide you step by step to make sure everything is set up properly.

Yes. Renegade Emporium carries full liability insurance, Smart Serve, and food safety certification. You can feel confident that your guests and your event are in safe hands.

Every package comes with professional bartenders, bar setup and teardown, mixers, and all the essentials to keep the drinks flowing. Depending on your package, we can also create signature cocktail menus and even add on DJ services to elevate your event atmosphere.

We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for weddings and festivals, and at least 2 months ahead for private parties.description

Yes — we can provide glassware depending on your package. With enough notice, we also offer custom-branded keepsake cups for weddings and private events, giving your guests a memorable takeaway. And when glassware isn’t practical, we provide compostable cups as a more eco-conscious alternative to single-use plastic.
